We base our collaboration with Clients on the practice of Feedback to Design, which we implement according to the following stages:

Collecting valuable feedback on the practical operation of parts – We gather data on performance, durability, assembly issues, and any difficulties encountered by the operators of our Client's machines.
Analyzing the possibility of implementing modifications – Based on the collected feedback, we analyze the potential for modifying existing parts or introducing new technological solutions. This may include changes to materials or part designs to better meet the Client's real needs.
Testing and prototyping – After implementing changes, we create new prototypes that are re-tested and evaluated under real conditions. Thanks to our iterative approach, we can quickly adapt the product to any new requirements.

By phone or email, our consultant gathers the necessary information to prepare an offer (if needed, we can arrange a meeting at our company or at the client's location to clarify requirements).

Upon request, we provide email updates on the current progress of work. After the testing period, we invite the client for a presentation and approval of the product.
