Design and Production of Parts
We specialize in the design and production of spare parts for machines in various industries, including food, tobacco, wood, and automotive sectors. We also offer part manufacturing based on reverse engineering, introducing appropriate modifications according to the needs of the client. We provide regeneration services for used parts, allowing our customers to optimize the costs of purchasing new components while preserving their usability. We handle both small and larger series productions, as well as prototype parts upon request.
We manufacture using a wide range of materials, including structural steel, tool steel, high-speed steel, stainless steel, wear-resistant steel, as well as aluminum and plastics such as polyamide, polyethylene, polyacetal, and PEEK. We select the appropriate type of material so that its properties best match the application of the product. In production, we use milling, EDM, turning, grinding, as well as laser and water cutting technologies. We take a comprehensive approach to our projects, so our service range also includes heat treatment, thermochemical treatment, and the application of galvanic coatings.
