Through multiple simulation scenarios, we can prevent early failure and reduce the number of prototypes, allowing for faster market introduction of the product. Meanwhile, improving durability and reliability helps reduce warranty costs. Product optimization not only reduces its weight but also enhances its quality, building greater customer trust in the brand. We invite you to use our FEM strength calculation services.

3D scanning provides information about the shape and geometry of an object, allowing us to create its digital copy. The result of scanning is a point cloud, which is a set of points representing the surface of the scanned object. With a 3D model, we can produce a copy using 3D printers or CNC machines. It is also possible to perform reverse engineering. Based on the triangular mesh, we model a 3D CAD model, which can be modified in a 3D CAD modeling environment. Based on this model, we can also create 2D documentation.
3D scanning is particularly helpful in modernizing production lines. We use a 3D scanner to measure lines that we need to adapt to current customer requirements. 3D scanning saves us time and provides detailed dimension data, allowing us to prepare plug-in systems that fit precisely, typically without additional adjustments on-site. In developing the VENTORI order management system, we emphasized product optimization, order fulfillment time, minimal client involvement, and cost optimization.
