Our products are created using a wide range of material processing technologies, ensuring that the delivered parts are made comprehensively in accordance with the client's individual requirements. Our machine park allows us to produce a variety of parts, regardless of their complexity. We specialize in both small and large series production, as well as prototyping custom parts on demand.

3-Axis MAZAK VTC-200B Milling Machine, CNC controlled, with a working range of 1120mm x 510mm x 500mm. Max weight of the machined element: 800 kg. Tool magazine: 24. Holder: SK-40. Max spindle speed: 10000 rpm.
5-Axis Haas UMC-1000 Milling Machine, rotary table diameter: 635mm. Max weight of the machined object: 454kg. Tool magazine: 30+1. Holder: SK-40. Max spindle speed: 15000 rpm.
Haas ST-30LY Lathe, max turning diameter: 349mm. Max turning length: 1588mm. Spindle bore: 76mm. Y-axis enables milling, drilling, and threading. Equipped with a hydraulic steady rest.
Mitsubishi FX20K EDM Machine, with a working range of 500mm x 500mm x 300mm. This is an advanced and the most precise metal machining process we offer.
MAXIEM 2040 WaterJet Cutter, max working range: 4000mm x 2000mm. Max cutting thickness: 220mm, with 3D cutting capability. Equipped with a five-axis head with a tilt of up to 60 degrees and taper compensation.
Future Cut Metal Technique Laser Cutter, with 6KW power, capable of cutting sheets made of: carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass. It can also cut profiles and tubes up to 6 meters in length and a maximum diameter of 100mm.

Additional Services
Additionally, we complement our capabilities with services provided in cooperation with external suppliers, including:
- Heat treatment – conventional and vacuum hardening, annealing, carburizing, nitriding, induction hardening, tempering, and clean stress relief.
- Galvanic treatment – steel zinc coating, decorative and hard aluminum anodizing, technical chrome plating, acidic and cyanide copper plating, blackening (oxidation).
